Full-Time Small Group Support Role
Your Role as Early Years Teaching Assistant
You'll:
- Guide young learners in one-on-one or small group settings, fostering confidence and curiosity
- Lead your own nurture group, creating a calm, caring space for SEN (Special Educational Needs) pupils to thrive
- Collaborate with teachers to build an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and understood
- Uphold the school’s core values: fairness, compassion, and community
