eBilling Rates Analyst

Our leading international law firm client is recruiting an eBilling Rates Analyst to join their Finance team on a permanent basis, with a primary focus on implementing and maintaining client eBilling rates across finance systems, eBilling platforms, and eBillingHub.

  • Salary to £60,000
  • Excellent firm benefits & wellbeing packages
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Central London

eBilling Rates Analyst – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement and manage eBilling rates and agreements
  • Ensure the timely setup of new rate arrangements, client onboarding, and transitions to eBilling
  • Resolve eBilling rate and invoice upload issues, escalating complex queries to vendors where required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of eBilling rate configurations, processes, and system procedures
  • Develop and apply expert knowledge of eBilling platforms, Practice Management System integrations, and electronic billing formats, including LEDES and XML
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training to support business and system requirements
