EBOB Trader | Proprietary Trading | Remote
Build an EBOB trading desk within an established, highly profitable proprietary trading firm already active across global energy markets. A rare opportunity to shape a new product vertical, work with market-leading technology and play a key role in the firm's international expansion.
We're partnering with an established, technology-driven proprietary trading firm with a strong track record across global energy markets. Following continued success in Brent, Gasoil and Heating Oil, the firm is looking to hire an experienced EBOB Trader to help build and expand its refined products trading capability.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative trading environment where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact from day one. Supported by proprietary trading technology, direct market access and established broker relationships, you'll have the infrastructure needed to focus on developing and growing the firm's EBOB franchise.

Responsibilities
- Trade EBOB and related refined products markets.
- Help build and develop the firm's EBOB trading capability.
- Develop and implement profitable trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong broker and market relationships.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced team of proprietary traders.
- Contribute to the firm's long-term expansion of its European energy trading business.
Requirements
- Proven experience trading EBOB or closely related refined products.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading and energy derivatives markets.
- Experience within a proprietary trading firm, commodity trading house or energy trading business.
- Existing broker relationships are highly desirable.
- Commercial mindset with a collaborative approach to trading.
