The Offer
- 12-month contract
- Around £57 per hour
- Inside IR35
- Hybrid working, around 2 days a week in the office
What They’re Looking For
You’ll likely already have experience working in a regulated sector such as nuclear, defence, or a similarly controlled engineering environment. To be a good fit, you’ll need:
- To be SC cleared or eligible
- Experience supporting or delivering RIBA Stage 3 design
- Good technical grounding across EC&I systems
- Knowledge of HV, LV, building services, controls, instrumentation, or communications systems
- An understanding of design governance, including risk management, assumptions control, and change management
- The ability to contribute to technical scope documents and design change documentation
