EC&I Engineer
Permanent / Contractor

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality engineering design work packages, including specifications, drawings, calculations, analyses, assessments, and verification documentation.
- Deliver designs that meet legal, regulatory, functional, and performance requirements.
- Ensure engineering outputs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, compliant, and practical engineering solutions.
- Support the successful delivery of projects by producing clear, accurate, and buildable design documentation.

Qualifications
✅ Essential
- Must have significant demonstrable experience in CE&I Project Delivery.
- Experience in the design delivery of building electrical services.
- Competent in the application of CDM Regulations.
- Competent in the application of IET Wiring Regulations.
- Experience of space management, cable routing, and cable management.
- Ability to work both as part of an integrated delivery team and independently, often within restrictive time constraints.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline.
⭐ Desirable
- Experience with Radiometric Systems.
- Experience delivering against BS 61508.
- Experience with Machinery Safety Regulations and BS EN 13849.
Additional Information
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
