eClinical Coordinator – Medpace | Central London
Our corporate activities are expanding rapidly, and we’re searching for a full-time, office-based eClinical Coordinator to join our Data Management team in Central London.

About the Role
Location: Central London | Type: Full-time, Office-based We are looking for: eClinical Coordinators at Medpace who are passionate about ensuring data accuracy in clinical trials.
Responsibilities
The eClinical Coordinator delivers key activities across projects, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements and operational excellence:
- Collaborate as part of a dedicated project team to ensure delivery against study milestones.
- Work with vendors and sponsors to refine electronic data reporting requirements.
- Partner with Sponsors to define and document application requirements for each study.
- Assist in drafting, maintaining, and distributing study-specific documents and metrics reports.
- Collaborate with Clinical Database Programmers to configure and test relevant applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and exceptions with electronic applications, coordinating with sites and sponsors to resolve gaps.
- Report compliance metrics and progress to Sponsors, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Mathematics (or equivalent experience).
- Though training is available, entry-level candidates must demonstrate a strong capacity for quick learning, adaptability, and analytical reasoning.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail—critical for accurate data handling.
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and Word.
- Strong written and verbal English skills—fluent communication with stakeholders is essential.
- Basic familiarity with clinical data systems or CDISC standards is advantageous but not compulsory.
