eClinical Project Manager – Central London
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Project Manager to join our Data Management team in Central London.
The eClinical Project Manager role at Medpace is a crucial component of the clinical trial process. This role will:
- Work with both local and international teams and
- Manage global studies, ensuring the accuracy of data reported by patients for clinical studies.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from an eClinical/eCOA perspective
- Develop and review study documentation related to eClinical/eCOA activities for clinical trials with sponsor companies and other departments
- Coordinate overall eClinical activities by serving as primary contact for the sponsor
- Monitor study timelines in relation to clinical trial needs
- Attend face-to-face sponsor meetings and Investigator Meetings

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree and prior eClinical experience, including:
- Setting up and managing multiple eClinical/eCOA projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for the sponsor
- General knowledge of:
- Technology trends
- System/application development
- Excellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills
- A basic knowledge of medical terminology, as well as:
- Scientific investigative methodologies
- Clinical research methodologies
