eClinical Project Manager – Central London

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Project Manager to join our Data Management team in Central London.

The eClinical Project Manager role at Medpace is a crucial component of the clinical trial process. This role will:

  • Work with both local and international teams and
  • Manage global studies, ensuring the accuracy of data reported by patients for clinical studies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from an eClinical/eCOA perspective
  • Develop and review study documentation related to eClinical/eCOA activities for clinical trials with sponsor companies and other departments
  • Coordinate overall eClinical activities by serving as primary contact for the sponsor
  • Monitor study timelines in relation to clinical trial needs
  • Attend face-to-face sponsor meetings and Investigator Meetings

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree and prior eClinical experience, including:
    • Setting up and managing multiple eClinical/eCOA projects
    • Acting as the main point of contact for the sponsor
  • General knowledge of:
    • Technology trends
    • System/application development
  • Excellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • A basic knowledge of medical terminology, as well as:
    • Scientific investigative methodologies
    • Clinical research methodologies
