The Opportunity
At Almac Clinical Technologies, we are seeking eClinical Support and Implementation Engineers at Level 1 and Level 3. These roles focus on eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) and eConsent solutions, improving patient experience in global clinical trials.
You’ll deliver and support eClinical solutions, with responsibility level depending on experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Core Responsibilities
- Support & Maintain customer-facing eClinical systems (eCOA & eConsent).
- Configure & Implement solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
- Test & Troubleshoot system issues and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Investigate and resolve service requests & system faults.
- Gather & Document system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Write configuration scripts & data updates when required.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Maintain project/downloads documentation.
- Join and manage on-call support responsibility.
What You Need To Be Successful
Essential Criteria (Level 1)

Eligible to work in the UK un-restricted. Or Must hold a valid UK work permit for full-time employment.

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent.

Experience supporting & implementing software solutions.

Familiarity with SQL/PL-SQL or similar database technologies.

Understands software development methodologies: (Waterfall &/or Agile).
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
-
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Essential Criteria (Level 3)
-
Eligible to work in the UK unrestricted. Or Must hold a valid UK work permit for full-time employment.

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent).
-
Significant experience in implementing, delivering, and supporting: eCOA & eConsent software solutions.

Technical expertise in: System configuration, Customer-facing requirements gathering, eCOA & eConsent delivery.

Proven ability to lead requirements discussions & provide technical guidance.
-
Experience managing complex projects & long-term customer relationships.
-
Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills.
