Kingston Voluntary Action (KVA) is the Local Infrastructure Organisation for the voluntary and community sector in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Our Eco-op division provides person-centred activities, opportunities and support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and neurodiversity, helping people build confidence, independence, wellbeing and meaningful community connections
Lead a service that makes a real difference!
We are looking for someone to build on the successes of our manager who is retiring after 7 years in the role to take Eco-op (A project of Kingston Voluntary Action) into the next phase of its development.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing teams and services
- A strong commitment to person-centred support and inclusion
- Excellent leadership and partnership-building skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and Adult Social Care
- The ability to drive service development, manage resources and demonstrate impact.

Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £39,330.00 FTE (£31,464 pro rata) + 5% pension contribution
Hours: 28 hours
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: 12 August 2026, midday
Interviews: 17 and 21 August
