A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit an Ecologist to join its growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an Ecologist to become part of a respected multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-quality ecological advice across a diverse range of residential, commercial, infrastructure, and conservation projects. The successful Ecologist will benefit from a supportive working environment with excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
As an Ecologist, you will undertake a variety of field surveys, prepare technical reports, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to projects from inception through to completion. This Ecologist role offers a great balance of fieldwork, report writing, and collaboration with experienced environmental professionals. Based in Bristol, you'll work on exciting projects across the region while developing your technical expertise.

Requirements
- Experience working within ecological consultancy or a similar ecological role
- Knowledge of UK habitats, protected species, and relevant wildlife legislation
- Experience completing ecological surveys and technical reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or near the Bristol office
- Membership of CIEEM is desirable
