About MOMO Kombucha MOMO Kombucha is a fast-growing, award-winning UK drinks brand on a mission to craft the highest-quality kombucha using traditional brewing methods and the finest organic ingredients. Direct-to-consumer is our fastest-growing channel, and we’re building the team to support the next stage of that growth. This is a pivotal role within a small but ambitious marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will own the performance and optimisation of our Shopify website, subscription platform, and CRM programme. You’ll play a key role in building a best-in-class D2C experience. Improving conversion, retention, and lifetime value, while working closely with our paid media agency and internal brand team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling challenger brand and take real ownership in a high-impact role. What you’ll be doing: Website & Ecommerce Own and manage the Shopify website, ensuring all content, merchandising and storytelling are on-brand and optimised across the full customer journey Identify and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) opportunities Set up new products, bundles, upsells and cross-sells Analyse performance metrics and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements Subscription & Retention Manage and optimise our subscription platform (Recharge), improving user experience, retention and LTV Own the loyalty programme, working cross-functionally to drive engagement and commercial performance CRM (Klaviyo) Design, build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows Manage segmentation and customer journeys Drive measurable improvements in retention and repeat purchase Paid Media & Performance Alignment Partner closely with our paid media agency to ensure campaigns align with wider D2C goals Monitor performance metrics to ensure activity supports revenue, CAC and LTV targets Who you are 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce and digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Recharge (or similar subscription platform) Experience in subscription-led D2C businesses Solid understanding of paid media metrics across Meta and Google (even if not directly activating campaigns) Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills User-first mindset with an eye for both functionality and design Strong organisational and project management skills Proactive, positive and comfortable in a fast-growth environment A genuine interest in health, wellness, and better-for-you brands 💸 Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE 🏡 4 days per week in a Brixton office (1 day WFH) Quarterly bonus scheme Share options Early finish Fridays £250 annual wellness budget 1 paid volunteer day per year 26 days holiday, increasing with tenure (up to 30 days)
