Work Location/Schedule
- Role Type: Part-time, hourly
- Minimum Availability:
- 20 hours per week
- 3 days per week (weekends included)
- Flexible Schedule: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays, if required
- Requirement: References mandatory
The Role: E-commerce Operations Associate
The E-commerce Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the online retail business. This position is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, assisting with returns and customer service coordination, and ensuring seamless backend support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Reports to: Store Manager
What You’ll Do
- Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals
- Maintain seamless store operational procedures
- Consistently use and understand processes and procedures to:
- Track in-store inventory accurately
- Track, receive, and process all inbound inventory shipments
- Complete inventory-related tasks with attention to detail, including:
- Inbound and outbound store transfers
- Shipment management
- Omni-channel order processing

What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced, creative service environment
- Familiarity with:
- User functionality of:
- Desktop
- Mobile
- Tablet
- Digital technologies
- User functionality of:
- Experience working with a sales/retail organization or operationally-intensive business
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
- A driven approach to tackling new challenges, with:
- Self-motivation
- Excision for work and career growth
Compensation
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity for compensation. For this role, the anticipated base pay is 12-13 GBP/hour, depending on several factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
Additional considerations:
- Revenues may include an annual discretionary bonus, determined through:
- Company performance
- Department goals
- Individual contributions
- Eligibility is discretionary and not guaranteed
- Base pay and bonusses may vary to reflect:
- Individual biographies
- Evolving business needs
