ECOM Operations Associate, Part-Time - London, Battersea

Work Location & Schedule

  • Part Time, Hourly
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week,
  • Minimum of 3 days per week (weekends included),
  • Flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends, holidays if required),
  • Ready to provide references.

The Role: E-commerce Operations Associate

This position supports:

  • Order processing,
  • Inventory management,
  • Returns & customer service coordination,
  • Seamless backend operations for an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting To: Store Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support operational efforts to achieve store goals,
  • Maintain store procedures seamlessly,
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking,
  • Manage inbound inventory shipments,
  • Handle inventory-related tasks (transfers, shipments, omni-channel orders) with high attention to detail,
  • Resolve order-related customer service issues,
  • Meet client sales targets and ensure phone/email service aligns with Reformation’s standards,
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention,
  • Adhere to time and attendance policies,
  • Bring an ambitious, passionate attitude daily,
  • Reflect Reformation’s core values and culture,
  • Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Attitude

  • 1+ years in a fast-paced, creative service environment,
  • Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technologies,
  • Experience working with retail or operationally intensive businesses,
  • Ability to thrive in a fast environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills in diverse teams,
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset.

Compensation

Transparency disclaimer: Compensation varies based on factors like relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

  • Base pay range: £12–13/hr,
  • Bonus eligibility: Possible annual discretionary bonus based on:
    • Company performance,
    • Departmental/individual contributions.

Note: Exact figures and eligibility are determined at the company’s discretion.
