Ecommerce Account Executive
Up to £40k DOE + package
Location: 1-2 days a week in South East H/O
Client
Now arguably one of the most innovative food manufacturers in the industry, our client has become a household name and aspiring company to work for. They have been at the forefront of innovation and have been responsible for some of the most unique Branded & Own Label innovation in the food industry in recent years. They have won numerous awards last year and are experiencing continued double-digit growth. Backed by significant investment, the business is experiencing strong growth and is committed to further expanding its eCommerce and digital capabilities.
The Opportunity
- Own and optimise eCommerce performance across key UK retail customers.
- Manage retail media campaigns across CitrusAd and Criteo.
- Drive online visibility, conversion and digital shelf excellence.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Brand, Category and NPD teams.
- Support the deployment of a c.£400k annual retail media budget.
- Gain exposure to both branded and own-label products within a growing FMCG business.

What We're Looking For
- This could be your first or second eCommerce, Commercial or National Account Executive role.
- A naturally commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering results.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel capability and attention to detail.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- FMCG, Retail or eCommerce experience would be beneficial, but attitude and potential are what matter most.

- Up to £40,000 DOE + benefits package.
- Hybrid working – typically 1-2 days per week in the South East office.
