About the role

We're looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to look after a small portfolio of our Shopify D2C brands and be the person our clients trust to get things done.

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts — keeping projects moving, communicating clearly, and making sure every client feels well looked after. You don't need to be a CRO or growth strategist. What matters is that you're a brilliant account manager: organised, proactive, great with people, and confident using Shopify day to day.

You'll work alongside our design, development and media teams to turn client goals into clear, well-managed work — and you'll keep everything running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks.

What you'll be responsible for

Client relationships & communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for a small portfolio of Shopify D2C brands
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and keep clients informed and confident
  • Run regular check-ins and updates, and respond to client requests promptly
  • Understand each client's goals and make sure the work reflects their priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
