About the Role

We're now looking for an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager (Amazon) to join Amplifi, our in-house Amazon growth agency. You’ll work with a portfolio of established brands, developing and delivering Amazon strategies that drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth. If you're passionate about Amazon, commercially minded and enjoy helping brands succeed, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and delivering an exceptional account management experience.
  • Creating and executing Amazon growth strategies to:
    • Increase visibility
    • Improve organic rankings
    • Drive sales
  • Analysing account performance, profitability, and marketplace trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
  • Managing:
    • Stock availability
    • FBA replenishment
    • Demand forecasting to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Producing regular performance reports across key commercial KPIs, including:
    • Revenue
    • Margin
    • Growth
  • Collaborating with Amazon Operations, Client Services, and Commercial teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Ensuring all account activity remains compliant with Amazon’s marketplace policies and best practices.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and a passion for delivering results.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Previous experience within an Amazon agency (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace ecosystem and commercial drivers.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and improving profitability on Amazon.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in interpreting performance data.
  • Strong organisation and time management to manage multiple accounts.
  • Outstanding communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

  • Salary range: up to £40k, DOE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 17:30pm
