Spreetail is seeking an Account Manager – Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to help China-based brands grow their U.S. e-commerce business! As a key partner at Spreetail, you'll support brands by managing fulfillment across multiple marketplaces, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive long-term growth. If you're bilingual, customer-focused, and passionate about helping brands succeed in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
How you will achieve success:
- Support brand growth by identifying opportunities to increase GMV and helping develop competitive fulfillment solutions that align with each brand's business goals.
- Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans that drive execution and measurable results.
- Manage day-to-day account health by monitoring key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Build trusted relationships with brand partners, lead regular communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Prepare and present business performance reporting with actionable insights, lead weekly business reviews, track open action items, and ensure timely follow-up to keep accounts on track.

What experiences will help you in this role:
- Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English, able to communicate and translate seamlessly with Mandarin-speaking brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management, preferably supporting brands importing from China.
- Experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
