Role Overview
Act as the ecommerce lead for a beauty brand within a major retail partner, driving online performance, execution, and optimisation. The role focuses on enhancing the brand’s digital presence, increasing sales, and ensuring best-in-class onsite experience through close collaboration with internal and external teams.
Key Objectives
- Grow ecommerce sales and category performance
- Support successful product launches
- Improve conversion and basket metrics
- Maximise visibility across the retail platform
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics (e.g. sales, conversion, basket size)
- Identify opportunities to improve performance across core and promotional activity
- Optimise product visibility, content, and onsite merchandising
Customer & Insights
- Use data to understand customer behaviour and trends
- Translate insights into actionable improvements
- Track performance of digital content and engagement
Execution & Operations
- Support product setup and campaign delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across retail and brand teams
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across commercial and marketing plans
Experience & Skills You'll Need To Have
- Ecommerce or digital trading experience
- Strong understanding of online performance drivers
- Experience working with data and multiple stakeholders
- Analytical and commercially focused
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and collaborator
- Proactive and results-driven
- Ownership mindset
- Data-led decision maker with a strong interest in ecommerce
