About the Role
The role will involve us helping sell through our returned stock using various platforms and having an entrepreneurial approach of getting the stock sold. We are seeing the role as an entry into eCommerce and would have quite a good level of autonomy, so would be a really good role for the right candidate to get teeth into.
What You'll Do
- Supporting Account Manager with portfolio of accounts
- Data collection of account performance
- Liaising with the warehouse to organise fulfilment by Amazon
- Liaising with Finance to collate sales data
- Updating and optimization of platform content using variety of marketing tools

Course Contents
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation to write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
- Produces accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates good communication skills.
- Completes tasks to a high standard.
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks.
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor, and report.

Training Schedule
This is a fully work-based programme. You will get allocated time to complete your apprenticeship work and also receive regular meetings with your training provider. You will be studying the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE in English (grade 4)
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4)
