The Role You Could Play
As an eCommerce Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling online experiences that enhance our customer and trade objectives. You'll take a customer-led and data-driven approach to ensure end-to-end campaigns are intuitive and receive deep engagement. Day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in partnership with the eCommerce, Digital Customer Engagement, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Design teams to develop the online customer journey of campaigns such as category growth, brands launches, new products, seasonal campaigns, M-Power, MECCA Archive, and events.
- Take the lead role in presenting plans and be the ecommerce liaison in ensuring customer and commercial opportunities are maximized and customer experience is at the forefront of all decisions.
- Use customer and engagement data to plan, execute and optimize campaigns. Continually react to real-time data to optimize during campaigns for deep engagement.
- Responsible for coordinating across teams to ensure the end-to-end journey for campaigns is seamless and intuitive, moving customers through the journey into deep engagement onsite or to stores.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of scheduled content through end-to-end front-end testing across devices and browsers.
- Ensure personalization is leveraged to maximize engagement during high traffic moments.
- Contribute to the evolution of MECCA's broader personalisation vision, helping create more connected experiences across channels and touchpoints.

What You Will Bring
We’re looking for someone with a passion for eCommerce and digital innovation, combined with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you’ll have:
- Considerable prior experience managing a digital platform as well as coming from a strong digital content management background.
- With a broad passion for eCommerce, Digital, Content and Customer Personalization.
- Experience building content for campaigns and key product landing pages in a CMS (Sitecore desirable).
- Experience using analytical tools to report on performance and derive actionable insights to influence creative approach (Google Analytics 4 desirable).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve, developing new ideas, and providing solutions.
- A passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Innate ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment topped with changing requirements.
