Ecommerce Content Coordinator - London, Hybrid - 37.5hrs

We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Coordinator based in our London Head Office.
About the Job
Responsible for the day-to-day visual and technical execution of www.clarins.co.uk, ensuring local landing pages, promotional campaigns, offers and onsite content are delivered accurately and on time. The role requires strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), alongside copywriting, content merchandising, website optimisation and digital innovation.
About you:

Essential qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior experience working in an Ecommerce team.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Confident to independently create, update and maintain website content.
- Experience using web analytics tools, particularly GA4 and/or contentsquare to monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and Computer literacy skills.
- Ability to write impactful and succinct copy.
- Exceptional organisational skills with an acuteness and eye for detail.
- Proven ability of working autonomously under pressure.
- Analytical mindset to produce, analyse and maintain accurate reports
