π Junior E-commerce Operations Coordinator

We're working with a growing e-commerce business looking to hire a Junior E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join their operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in administration, retail, customer service, or e-commerce support who's looking to build a long-term career in online retail operations.
You'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day e-commerce operations running smoothly across multiple online sales channels, working closely with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams.
What you'll be doing:
- β Maintaining product listings across Shopify, Amazon and other online marketplaces
- β Updating product information, pricing, imagery and inventory
- β Supporting order processing and fulfillment operations
- β Assisting with stock reconciliation and inventory management
- β Helping onboard new customers and brands onto the platform
- β Producing operational reports and supporting performance insights
- β Working across multiple internal systems to ensure a seamless customer experience

We're looking for someone who has:
- β Experience in administration, operations, retail or e-commerce support
- β Excellent organization and attention to detail
- β Confidence using spreadsheets and digital systems
- β Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- β Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Linnworks (or similar), Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is highly advantageous
