As this exciting streetwear brand enters an exciting new chapter, we're looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to help drive the performance of their online store and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
If you're organised, commercially minded and passionate about eCommerce, this is an incredible opportunity to join a heritage brand with ambitious growth plans.
The Role
Working closely with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of the website. From launching products and merchandising collections to analysing website performance and supporting digital projects, you'll ensure customers enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.
No two days will be the same—you'll combine trading, analytics, customer experience and project coordination in a varied role where you'll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to grow your career.

What you'll be doing
- Managing product uploads, pricing, imagery and website content
- Merchandising the website to maximise sales and customer engagement
- Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion
- Supporting promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal trading activity
- Producing performance reports using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Coordinating with external development agencies on website enhancements
- Helping optimise the customer journey through testing, insight and analysis
- Working collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams

About You
You'll ideally have experience in an eCommerce Assistant, Coordinator or similar role and be looking to take the next step in your career.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience supporting an eCommerce website
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and website reporting
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
- Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms would be an advantage
This role is mainly onsite, with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week upon discussion with the MD.
