Ecommerce Coordinator
Heywood
£29k basic, up to £40k with performance-related bonus

Our client, a growing online retailer, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join their team at their modern distribution facility in Heywood.

This is a varied role combining telephone sales with exceptional customer service, supporting customers throughout the sales journey while identifying opportunities to maximise sales revenue.

The Role

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Process quotations, orders, and invoices.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support and build customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Support sales reporting and marketing initiatives.

About You

  • Previous telephone sales and customer service experience within e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
