We are recruiting for Ecommerce Coordinators to join our team, supporting our customer, The Entertainer.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
- Any 5 days out of 7, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00
- Any 5 days out of 7, covering the hours of 15:00 to 23:00
- Any 5 days out of 7, covering the hours of 23:00 to 07:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Act as a key point of support for colleagues, helping to maintain productivity, quality and operational performance
- Provide cover for First Line Managers when required and assist with coaching, training and developing team members
- Promote safe working practices whilst supporting stock accuracy, KPI performance and continuous improvement activities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience within a warehouse or operational environment, ideally within e-commerce, inventory or team support roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Flexibility to work across shift patterns and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as you progress your career
