Ecommerce Enrichment Executive

Ecomm Ops (Ecommerce Product Launch / Enrichment Executive)

Department: Ecomm Ops Location: Head Office, Chelsea House

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Launch Executive/Ecommerce Enrichment Executive to strengthen our team.

This role involves ensuring that product information within our Product Information Management (PIM) system is accurate, high-quality, and ready for customers. You will collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Buying, and Studio teams to support product enrichment, maintenance, and optimisation for seamless ecommerce performance.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Enrichment & Cataloguing

  • Lead the coordination, organisation, and initial categorisation of products across our ecommerce store and wholesale channels.
  • Maintain and improve internal product data pipelines for efficiency.

2. Sample Coordination

  • Act as the liaison between the Buying team and Studio team to manage the sample process.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent product representation online.

3. Product Copywriting

  • Write SEO-friendly, persuasive, and detailed product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Develop compelling unique selling points and calls to action to drive conversions.

4. Quality Control

  • Regularly review product listings for accuracy, categorisation, and branding consistency.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to correct any discrepancies.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Align with Buying, Ecommerce Operations, and Studio teams to ensure up-to-date product data.
  • Maintain strong working relationships for efficient internal processes.

6. Customer Insights & Feedback

  • Analyse customer feedback, including returns data, to refine product descriptions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve listings based on real-world customer interactions.

7. Ecommerce Trends & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on ecommerce best practices, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Attain insights to elevate product visibility and sales performance.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Strong copywriting and editing skills ✅ Solid understanding of SEO best practices ✅ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail ✅ Interest in fashion product presentation ✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ✅ Knowledge of product categorisation and cataloguing standards ✅ Confident Excel skills (analysis, cross-referencing data)
