E-Commerce Executive

📍 Lancashire. Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you an ambitious digital or e-commerce professional looking for your next step in a fast-paced consumer business?

We're partnering with a growing consumer brand that is investing heavily in its digital growth and customer experience. As part of this journey, they're looking for an E-Commerce Executive to help drive the performance of their website(s) and support exciting commercial growth plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online trading who wants to develop their career within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and updating website content, product information, and category pages
  • Supporting the delivery of promotional activity, seasonal campaigns, and trading initiatives
  • Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Using customer and website data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Optimising product visibility, site navigation, and onsite merchandising
  • Carrying out regular website checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless user experience
  • Working closely with marketing and content teams to align website activity with wider campaigns
  • Supporting website testing and optimisation projects
  • Keeping up to date with competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends

  • Experience in an e-commerce, online trading, or digital marketing role
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
  • Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
