JOB TITLE: E-commerce Executive (Entry-level)

LOCATION: Head Office, Moorgate, London

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-Time

HOURS: 35 hours per week over 5 days

SHIFT PATTERN: Working Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day

PAY RATE: Starting at £28,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE:

We have an amazing opportunity to join our Apricot team! We're looking for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Executive to join our growing digital team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in ecommerce. Some knowledge of ecommerce and fashion will be preferred. Full training will be provided, but you'll need a genuine interest in online retail, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update and maintain product listings across the website (descriptions, images, pricing, stock levels) using Salesforce commerce cloud.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the online store, ensuring content is accurate & updated.
  • Assist with website merchandising, including homepage banners and category pages.
  • Monitor site performance and report any issues (broken links, missing images, pricing errors).
  • Support promotional campaign set-up & product upload on TikTok.
  • Helping optimise the customer journey through testing, insight and analysis.
  • Help analyse basic sales and traffic data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Liaise with customer service teams to resolve product or order queries.
  • Assist with competitor research and market trend tracking.
  • Support wider marketing and digital team projects as required.

HOW WE IMAGINE YOU:

  • Some knowledge of ecommerce and fashion will be preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), & learning new systems.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • A genuine interest in social media, online retail, digital marketing, or ecommerce.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • Familiarity with the likes of platforms- Salesforce commerce cloud, Shopify or Magento.
  • Basic understanding of google and meta-ads, SEO or any digital marketing concepts.
  • Any Experience or knowledge of using content management systems (CMS) will be preferred.
