Ecommerce Executive – Shopify Storefront
The Company
Our client, a fast-moving online fashion brand, is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Executive to help run and improve their Shopify storefront.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, ensuring the store’s spacing, imagery, product layout, and overall polish feel cohesive and on-brand. You’ll spot inconsistencies and care about fine-tuning every detail for a smooth user experience.
The Role
- Implementing and configuring new Shopify apps, including:
- Front-end customisation (appearance)
- Rules/logic setup (without needing deep technical development)
- Daily hands-on work with tools/platforms and assisting in rolling out new tech updates
- Testing, refining, and improving the on-site experience across all devices
- Utilising AI tools to optimise workflows and boost efficiency
- Collaborating closely with ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams to maintain agility
- Taking ownership of tasks end-to-end with attention to detail

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience, preferably on Shopify
- Technical comfort with platforms/apps—able to configure tools and set rules logically
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for small front-end tweaks)
- Exposure to analytics tools and using data to inform decisions
- Fast learner adaptable to change
- Experience with Shopify apps (reviews, upsell, search & merchandising, loyalty, etc.)
- Excited to explore AI-driven workflows—either already using them or eager to implement
