Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + Benefits

About the Company

We're working with a fast-growing consumer brand that has built a strong online presence across the UK and Europe. Following continued investment in digital and e-commerce, they're looking to add an E-commerce Executive to their expanding marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of website performance and helping drive online sales through data-led decision making.

The Role

Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management and optimisation of the company's online store, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while supporting commercial growth.

You'll collaborate with marketing, creative and product teams to launch new products, optimise website content and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day website updates, merchandising, and product listings.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyse website performance using GA4 and other reporting tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support SEO, email, and paid media campaigns.
  • Manage product imagery, descriptions, and digital assets.
  • Monitor stock availability and work alongside internal teams to ensure accurate online merchandising.
  • Carry out A/B testing and make recommendations to improve customer journeys.
  • Produce regular performance reports and commercial insights.
  • Keep up to date with e-commerce trends and competitor activity.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years' experience in an E-commerce or Digital Marketing role.
  • Experience managing an e-commerce website (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising and customer journeys.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for e-commerce.

Desirable

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools.
