eCommerce Executive

Overview

The eCommerce Executive supports the day-to-day management, optimisation, and performance of ThruDark's online store. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, this role ensures that all digital activity - from product setup to campaign execution - is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

The role combines technical accuracy with creative execution, ensuring every touchpoint on the site reflects ThruDark's premium positioning and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings within Shopify, ensuring all data, imagery, and tagging are accurate and consistent
  • Support visual merchandising across collection pages in line with launches, seasonal plans, and trading objectives
  • Build and maintain campaign and landing pages using Shopify and associated CMS tools
  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure content, links, and assets meet brand standards
  • Support setup and testing of promotions, bundles, and gift-with-purchase offers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product launches, PR campaigns, and new collections are well represented onsite
  • Create and publish SEO-focused content in alignment with the wider content calendar, working with external agencies to execute SEO strategy
  • Assist in maintaining consistent brand storytelling and tone of voice across all ecommerce content
  • Assist in reporting on ecommerce metrics, making analytical insights to present to the wider team in the weekly trading meeting
  • Support the delivery of ad-hoc ecommerce projects, feature launches, and updates as required
  • Support on day-to-day operations on the website

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital content, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle
  • Confident using Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Confident with mass data handling, ideally with experience working with Matrixify
  • Good understanding of digital merchandising and SEO
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data and workflow management
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
