eCommerce Growth Director UK & ROI
Global Payments is entering a critical phase of growth in eCommerce and digital payments across the UK & ROI. As eCommerce Growth Director, you will lead the development and scaling of the capabilities, partner ecosystem including referral creation, and value creation that accelerates adoption of WP eCommerce and broader card‑not‑present (CNP) solutions.
This is a people leader role with broad influence across sales channels, migration programmes, partners, and internal teams. You will shape how growth is generated, enabled, and scaled—working cross‑functionally to ensure Worldpay’s eCommerce strategy delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead the eCommerce Growth & Enablement function across UK & ROI. Build and scale a high‑performing partner and agency ecosystem, driving strong referral pipelines into sales and migration channels. Enable sales and migration teams with clear propositions, playbooks, tools, and insight to improve execution and conversion effectiveness. Define and implement growth frameworks that support scalable adoption of Worldpay eCommerce and CNP capabilities. Use performance data and market insight to identify growth opportunities, remove friction, and improve outcomes across channels. Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Professional Services teams to align growth initiatives with platform capability and delivery readiness. Represent Global Payments with partners, platforms, and at industry events as a leader in eCommerce and digital payments.
