E-commerce Manager – Thriving Streetwear Brand

Are you a commercially driven E-commerce professional with a passion for online trading, customer experience, and digital optimisation?

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the online platform growth of a growing streetwear brand.

The Role

As E-commerce Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of the e-commerce website—balancing customer experience, revenue maximisation, conversion optimisation, and technical excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and external tech partners to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Platform Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for optimal functionality, security, speed, stability, and UX
  • Manage website integrations, payment gateways, checkout flows, hosting, and order management
  • Ensure accurate product data, promotions, and customer-facing content

Conversion Rate Optimisation & Customer Experience

  • Lead initiatives to increase conversion rates, average order value, retention, and online revenue
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the customer journey
  • Run A/B testing, optimisation campaigns, and data-driven enhancements
  • Analyse customer behaviour to drive continuous improvements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
