You'll be joining a business managing:
- ✔ Amazon Seller Central
- ✔ Amazon Vendor Central
- ✔ Shopify DTC
- ✔ eBay
- ✔ TikTok Shop
- ✔ Emerging online marketplaces... with over 1,000 products across Home Appliances, Kitchen, Homeware, Personal Care, Heating & Cooling and Outdoor Living.
This is an exciting time to join as we continue investing heavily in our eCommerce growth.
💼 About the Role
As our eCommerce Manager, you'll work directly alongside the Head of eCommerce, taking ownership of our day-to-day online trading while helping shape the future of our digital business.
You'll be responsible for:
- 🚀 Managing multiple online sales channels
- 📈 Driving revenue growth and marketplace performance
- 🛒 Optimising Amazon and marketplace listings
- 🎯 Supporting PPC performance and advertising strategy
- 📦 Managing product launches from concept to go-live
- 📊 Analysing sales performance and identifying commercial opportunities
- 📈 Improving conversion rates through SEO, CRO and A/B testing
- 🤝 Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams
- 🌍 Supporting expansion into new marketplaces and international growth opportunities

👤 We're Looking For Someone Who...
- ✔ Has 3+ years' experience in eCommerce or marketplace management.
- ✔ Has strong experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- ✔ Enjoys analysing data and making commercially driven decisions.
- ✔ Understands PPC, ACOS/TACOS, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- ✔ Can confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- ✔ Is organised, proactive and enjoys solving problems.
- ✔ Loves online retail and wants to build something bigger.
Bonus if you've worked with: Shopify, Linnworks, SAP BI, GA4, Klaviyo, Helium10, Quartile, Ahrefs or TikTok Shop.
