The EVE LOM brand is at an exciting point of evolution, with a new global brand team, strategic direction & impact plan being developed. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be part of shaping the future of the brand itself, the business & the team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Trading & Site Merchandising -Execute daily site operations, including product listings, collection updates, and the implementation of promotional activities (GWP, discounts, and landing pages). -Lead the weekly and daily trade reporting, providing the leadership team with visibility on performance against forecast. -Monitor inventory synchronization to ensure product availability aligns with our commercial and marketing calendar

Content Execution & CRM -Brief and deploy site banners and email/SMS campaigns via Klaviyo, ensuring every asset is optimized for conversion and mobile-first UX. -Support the Marketing Global Brand Manager in translating the monthly content plan into high-performing, cohesive and brand aligned on-site experiences -Conduct rigorous testing on all email flows, new segments and promotional setups to eliminate friction in the customer's on-site journey -Work as part of the brand team driving the media agency, optimizing SEO and Paid media strategies that meet brand goals -Work with Marketing to analyze and optimize copy, content and reviews strategies -Implementation of new subscription and Loyalty program

Operations & Customer Success -Act as the secondary support for our Gorgias helpdesk, ensuring customer inquiries and logistics issues are resolved with a luxury standard "Resolution Rate".

Candidate Profile: Shopify Expert: You have hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus store; strong technical expertise (ideally Shopify Plus), including store setup, theme customization, app integration, and backend administration. Klavigo Super User: You are highly proficient in using Klaviyo to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention, with hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle flows, segmentation and testing. Experience in managing Gorgias and Yopto applications a strong bonus (Customer Service, Loyalty, Reviews) Team First: Proud to be part of the Eve Lom team and make things happen together! You are approachable, collaborative, and bring an authentic hands-on approach when working cross-functionally. Analytical Confidence: You don't just pull data; you interpret it. You understand how to identify the ‘what’ and proactive in proposing the actions or projects needed to improve our performance (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, repeat rate, bounce rate) Detail Obsessed & Organized: You are the person who catches the broken link or the tracking tag error before it goes live; alongside keeping everybody on the team (and yourself) on track within our workstreams e.g. monthly content, email schedule (led in Asana) Commercial Drive: You are motivated by revenue targets, customer retention, acquisition and take pride in seeing a campaign drive a positive result. Eye for Content: You bring strong on-site content, merchandising and customer journey instincts, with proven success elevating on-site education and SEO-led content to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates. Experience: Experience: 5-7 years in a similar ecommerce trading role. Experience working for a luxury skincare brand, with a customer-centric approach.
