Ecommerce Manager

Location: Altrincham (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000+ DOE

A fast-growing, consumer-focused ecommerce brand is looking for a commercially sharp Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital storefront and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for a true ecommerce all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The business is scaling fast, has serious investment behind its paid and performance marketing channels (already in expert hands), and now needs someone to own the Ecom site experience end-to-end.

Role

Reporting into senior leadership and managing an Ecommerce Executive, you'll be the go-to person for Ecommerce everything on-site. That means owning the customer journey from landing to checkout, driving conversion, and making sure the website is always performing at its best. You'll work closely with the paid media team and wider marketing function. Your job is to make sure that when the traffic lands, the site converts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
