ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a well-established retail brand based in Leeds who are continuing to invest heavily in their digital growth strategy. With ambitious plans for their direct-to-consumer offering, this retail brand are looking for an experienced ecommerce specialist to take ownership of online trading performance and customer lifecycle activity.
About the role…
As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take responsibility for driving online revenue, improving customer journeys, and enhancing overall digital performance across web, app, and CRM channels.

- Managing and optimising the ecommerce website and app experience, focusing on UX, conversion, merchandising, and onsite performance
- Supporting the delivery of the digital trading calendar, including launches, campaigns, and promotional activity
- Using analytics, CRO, SEO, and testing strategies to improve engagement and maximise revenue opportunities
- Leading the email and CRM strategy, including automated customer journeys and retention activity
- Identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improved customer experience across the ecommerce journey
About you…
This Ecommerce Manager role would suit someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a hands-on approach to ecommerce trading and customer engagement. You’ll be confident using data and insight to make decisions and passionate about delivering a best-in-class online experience.

What we’re looking for…
- Proven ecommerce experience within a retail or consumer-focused brand
- Strong understanding of digital trading, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention
- Experience managing CRM activity and automated email flows
- Knowledge of CRO, SEO, analytics, and ecommerce performance reporting
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams
