The Brand

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to join one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth consumer brands. Having evolved from viral social media success into a multi-million-pound business with a highly engaged customer community, the company is now entering a critical stage of expansion. With significant investment in growth, a founder-led culture and a genuine appetite for innovation, this is the perfect environment for an Ecommerce Manager who wants to make a tangible impact and help shape the future of a brand on an incredible upward trajectory.

The Role

As Ecommerce Manager, you will take ownership of the brand’s most important commercial channel – its direct-to-consumer business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine influence, where you’ll drive performance across Shopify, trading, CRM, retention, marketplaces and social commerce. Working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders, the Ecommerce Manager will have the freedom to test, optimise and implement new ideas, transforming the ecommerce function into a best-in-class growth engine. If you enjoy combining commercial thinking with hands-on execution, this role offers the chance to leave a lasting mark on a fast-scaling business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
