Ecommerce Manager

Ecommerce Manager

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE (plus equity) Location: Central London (Hybrid, Full-Time)

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand with rapid scale. They are now seeking an Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of the website—a critical business engine rather than a secondary task.

This role requires hands-on ownership of the platform, trading operations, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and roadmap development. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with:

  • An in-house design team
  • An external web development agency

Your leadership will revolve around briefing, managing, and holding both resources accountable for results.

What You’ll Own

Trading & Revenue

  • Drive day-to-day revenue performance, reacting swiftly to data insights
  • Manage subscription retention and lifetime value (LTV) growth
  • Optimise conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV), and trading calendar

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role in Context

The team is small, fast-paced, and growth-focused. This role has no direct reports, enabling direct ownership:

  • Lead day-to-day agency and design teams instead of waiting for resource availability
  • Close collaboration with the site/data—positioned to influence revenue directly
  • Ideal for adaptive professionals who thrive on hands-on execution, not oversight alone

If this role aligns with your expertise and ambitions, apply now. Please note: Due to high application volume, responses may not always be individualised. After two weeks without feedback, assume your application was not successful. Conditional on progress, we welcome equal opportunities from all backgrounds, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
