Ecommerce Manager
Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team. We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of the UK's defining consumer brands.
As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own the commercial growth of our online channels end to end. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll own our D2C presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon, make the product and merchandising decisions that drive online growth, and turn traffic into revenue. This is a genuine build opportunity: D2C is underdeveloped at Living Things today, and you’ll own it. If you’re excited by ownership, love solving problems, and want to scale a channel from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Digital trading & revenue performance
- Own trading across all e-commerce channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire and Amazon) hitting revenue, margin and profitability targets
- Plan and execute a digital trading calendar that keeps us ahead of launches, promotions and seasonal moments across every channel
- Own the commercial performance of the website: merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, conversion and customer experience
- Make product, range and merchandising decisions to optimise for D2C performance
- Test and iterate on promotional mechanics (bundles, bulk-buy, referral and discounting) to maximise revenue and margin

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
