Position Overview
As E-Commerce Manager, you will own the entire Shopify ecosystem across multiple regions and storefronts. Your role will include:
- Driving conversion performance through flawless user experience
- Transforming traffic into revenue
- Partnering with performance marketing, retention marketing, and creative teams to execute strategy and deliver impactful results
Reporting directly to the co-founders and Head of Performance & Digital, this role provides direct influence over the company’s e-commerce direction.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end e-commerce performance across all Shopify storefronts, ensuring:
- Fast load times
- Seamless user experience (UX)
- Optimised conversion rates across all regions

Define and execute e-commerce strategy by:
- Product categories
- Tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages by campaign and traffic source

Conduct regular full-site audits to identify and resolve:
- UX friction
- Checkout issues
- Tracking gaps
- Inconsistent experiences across mobile versus desktop

Lead new site builds from brief to launch, functioning as the internal lead for:
- Collaboration with designers
- Developers
- Stakeholders
- Ensuring on-time and on-brief delivery

Support retail-connected platforms at major retailers while maintaining:
- Direct-to-consumer standards for quality and performance

Lead **conversion rate optimisation (**CRO) through:
- Structured A/B and multivariate testing across:
- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Checkout flows
- Structured A/B and multivariate testing across:

Implement and test solutions for:
- E-commerce software
- CRO tools
- Analytics & tracking
- Personalisation solutions with clean integrations

Own performance reporting for:
- Conversion rates (CR)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Revenue breakdown by site & region
- Funneled-level performance

Requirements

3+ years managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations

Deep, hands-on experience with Shopify management & optimisation

Proven experience in:
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Testing frameworks, structured experiments, and analytical research

Experience in managing multiple storefronts or regions simultaneously

Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of:
- E-commerce analytics
- Attribution models

High level of detail orientation to:
- Identify UX friction issues
- Spotperforming technical challenges

Ability to own projects end-to-end from:
- Concept
- Execution
- Reporting

Experience with:
- Utilising e-commerce tools
- CRO platforms & integrations

Rhetoric ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to:
- Non-technical stakeholders
