About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead online eCommerce strategy, optimise website performance, and drive growth across multiple digital sales channels. The role combines commercial leadership, digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience to maximise revenue and strengthen online brand presence.

Description
- Lead and execute the overall eCommerce strategy to drive online growth.
- Manage and optimise the company website to improve performance, usability, and conversion rates.
- Oversee multiple online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and online content are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, website traffic, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage online operations including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Produce regular performance reports and use data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Profile
- Proven experience in an eCommerce Manager or similar online leadership role.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth across websites and online marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar.
- Knowledge of website optimisation, conversion rate improvement, and user experience best practice.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
- Data-driven with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Experience managing online operations, including inventory, order fulfilment, and customer journeys.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
- Relevant eCommerce, digital marketing, or business qualifications are advantageous.
