Ecommerce Manager – 9–12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are working with an established and growing D2C brand that is investing in the continued development of its digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a key period of growth, taking ownership of multiple ecommerce platforms and helping shape their commercial success. If you're passionate about ecommerce trading, data-driven decision making and delivering measurable commercial results, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact from day one.
The Ecommerce Manager will lead the commercial performance of multiple direct-to-consumer websites alongside a B2B trade portal, driving revenue, profitability and customer growth across every online channel. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of trading strategy, digital performance and the overall ecommerce profit and loss while leading the day-to-day execution of ambitious growth plans.

Role Highlights
- Own revenue, profitability and trading performance across multiple ecommerce channels.
- Develop and deliver trading strategies for UK and international websites.
- Drive growth through paid media, SEO, email marketing, affiliate partnerships and merchandising.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives including A/B testing and customer journey improvements.
- Manage and develop the Ecommerce Executive while collaborating across marketing, operations, product and customer service teams.
You Will Need
- Proven ecommerce trading or commercial management experience.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, analytics and digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and commercial P&L performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
- Outstanding organisation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
