Role: Ecommerce Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000
Our client is building the most trusted destination for health and wellness. Backed by leading investors, their supplement line is now stocked in 700+ major high street and grocery stores nationwide.
They're hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own the commercial growth of their DTC channels. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the centre of the revenue engine - working directly with the founding team.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day trading performance across Shopify and all ecommerce channels - revenue, margin, profitability
- Paid acquisition across paid social, affiliates and all paid media - managing external partners against clear targets
- CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout - A/B testing, UX/UI experiments, Shopify improvement roadmap
- CRM and lifecycle marketing end-to-end - email, SMS, retention mechanics and LTV
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting - telling the story behind the numbers, not just producing them

What we need
Must-haves:
- Confident in Shopify with hands-on experience across conversion, trading and performance
- Experience owning paid acquisition channels and managing external agencies or growth partners
- Proven ability to own and deliver UX and CRO improvements that improve conversion and performance
- Commercially minded - you know your CAC, ROAS, AOV and LTV and use them to make decisions
- 4+ years in ecommerce, DTC or consumer brand growth
- Experience beauty, wellness or FMCG
