About THG Ingenuity
THG Ingenuity is a fully integrated digital commerce ecosystem, designed to power brands without limits. Our global end-to-end tech platform is comprised of three products: THG Commerce, THG Studios, THG Fulfilment.
Each represents a single, unified solution, overcoming challenges and taking brands direct-to-consumer. Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.
About the Role
The Ecommerce Manager is a core part of the Ingenuity client services team, with end-to-end responsibility for ecommerce strategy and performance across a client account. This is a high-ownership role that bridges trading and marketing - using data and insight to drive growth across the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.
You’ll manage budgets, drive the digital strategy and delivery, own the trading calendar, coordinate channel activity, and act as the key day-to-day contact for your client. You’ll be supported by channel specialists across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates, and more - and you’ll be the glue that keeps strategy aligned across all of them.
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Site Performance
- Own site performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, COS, bounce rate, and new vs. returning traffic - using GA4 and THG’s proprietary reporting platform to surface insights and drive decisions.
- Build and manage the trading calendar, including promotional plans, key events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to competitor pricing, product, and promotional activity to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Identify and execute site optimisation opportunities across product pages, landing pages, category navigation, and UX.
- Ensure the site is always up to date with correct offers, banners, new product listings, and promotional content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
