The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to play a key role in delivering our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecommerce strategy across EMEA.

This is a hands-on role leading the rollout of our Shopify Plus platform across EMEA over the next two years. You'll own the regional ecommerce roadmap, driving platform development, optimisation, and performance across multiple markets and languages.
Working closely with colleagues across EMEA and the US, alongside external Shopify partners, you'll be the region's primary ecommerce contact, delivering scalable, high-performing solutions and exceptional online customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the rollout and ongoing management of Shopify Plus across EMEA.
- Own the regional ecommerce roadmap and drive platform improvements.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-performing ecommerce solutions.
- Manage ecommerce operations, product launches, and promotional activity.
- Improve customer journeys through testing, optimisation, and data-driven decision making.
- Support integrations with platforms including Gorgias, Klaviyo, Salsify, and Bynder.

About You
You'll have:
- At least three years' recent experience managing ecommerce websites using Shopify Plus.
- Experience integrating ecommerce platforms with customer service and business systems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for ecommerce, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Experience of multi-market, multi-language ecommerce environments would be an advantage.
