Overview
Are you ready to take ownership of a global ecommerce operation for a premium consumer brand?
We’re recruiting an Ecommerce Manager to drive digital performance across the UK, US, and European markets. Based in West London, this role provides the opportunity to work within a highly regarded brand, delivering exceptional online customer experiences while driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Daily management and optimisation of the Shopify Plus ecommerce platform.
- Collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Owning trading performance, including overseeing website enhancements and coordinating content and campaign execution with copywriting teams.
- Ensuring the ecommerce channel consistently delivers against business objectives.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to improve:
- Conversion rates
- Customer engagement
- Overall site performance

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager, Senior Ecommerce Executive, or Ecommerce Lead.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify Plus.
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce operations and digital trading.
- Experience in luxury beauty, wellness, premium consumer goods, or a similar sector is highly desirable.
