Global eCommerce Manager
Fixed-term contract (approx. 12 months)
We are seeking an experienced Global eCommerce Manager to join a fast-growing international retail business. This senior role presents an opportunity to lead and optimise global online trading performance across multiple key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a Shopify Plus platform, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, integrations, promotions, and ongoing site development.
- Work closely with marketing, commercial, and operational teams to drive digital growth initiatives by:
- Supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
- Overseeing website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and checkout improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure a strong understanding of Shopify Markets, international eCommerce operations, and platform best practices.
- Adopt a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and performance insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage digital projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
