eCommerce Marketing Executive

ecommerce / Content Marketing Executive – Culligan (Fixed-Term Contract, 6 Months)

We’re looking for an ecommerce / content marketing executive to support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and development of our digital estate across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities

The role will focus on:

  • Improving performance and conversion on culligan.co.uk (our primary site).
  • Supporting the build, setup, and growth of 2-3 additional supporting sites.

You’ll work closely with the eCommerce Manager to:

  • Deliver landing pages and maintain site content.
  • Support CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable both optimising existing experiences and building from scratch.

The contract is fixed-term (6 months) and will provide support to the wider UK Marketing team, with travel to various business locations as needed.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

Website Management & Delivery

  • Manage and maintain 3-4 websites, including culligan.co.uk and supporting sites.
  • Build and launch landing pages, new sections, and content across sites.
  • Ensure consistency in UX, structure, and content quality.
  • Manage product listings, categories, and on-site content within the CMS.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
