We are a fast-growing, data-led eCommerce business. Performance, messaging, and commercial execution matter. We’re looking for someone who can turn strategy into well-executed campaigns that deliver both short-term results and long-term customer value.
Role: eCommerce / Marketing Executive
As an eCommerce / Marketing Executive, you’ll support the development and execution of campaigns, messaging, and promotional activity across our websites and marketplaces. This is a commercially focused role working closely with in-house designers, external agencies, and internal teams to deliver structured campaigns, improve customer communication journeys, and increase repeat purchase behaviour. You’ll help shape how we communicate with customers across acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Location
- Office-based
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns (website & marketplaces)
- Plan and coordinate seasonal and tactical promotions aligned to revenue and margin targets.
- Work with in-house designers and external agencies to brief and deliver campaign assets.
- Develop clear, persuasive messaging and copy across email, website, and marketplace listings.
- Support and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, including welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance, including revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention metrics.
- Report on results and implement structured improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Experience delivering campaigns across web and marketplace environments.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, persuasive style.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness — understanding revenue, margin, and customer value.
- Confidence working with data to assess performance and guide decisions.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
